The application for the current school year is closed. The application for next school year will open in the summer for students in grades 6-10.
Date: October 14, 2025
Time: 1:00-3:00 pm
Location: Computer Lab 202, Goodwill Industries Building, 2701 University Parkway
The FAFSA requires information from both the Student and their Parent(s) to successfully complete. Parent participation is critical, and students who attend with at least one parent are more successful in completing their FAFSA during the lab. If possible, Parent(s) should plan to attend with their student.
To successfully work on and complete your FAFSA, please create StudentAid.gov accounts for the Student and any Contributors / Parent(s) before you arrive.
Please bring the following information with you to the Lab:
1. Student’s Social Security Number, birthday, email address, and phone number
2. Student’s Financial Information (if the student worked and filed taxes in 2024)
• 2024 Tax Return
• 2024 W-2 Form
3. Contributors / Parent(s) Social Security Number, birthday, email address, and phone number
4. Contributors / Parent(s) Financial Information
• 2024 Tax Return
• 2024 W-2 Form
You may arrive anytime between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. If you arrive after 3:00 p.m., you may be asked to schedule a virtual session to receive further assistance with FAFSA completion.
PLEASE NOTE: These sessions are designed to provide families with FAFSA assistance in a small group setting. If you would prefer to have one-on-one assistance with the FAFSA, you can schedule a virtual Financial Aid Advising Session with Ashly Wilson, Assistant Director of Financial Aid + Advising at awilson@crosbyscholars.org.
