About SHE
The goal of the SHE Program is to introduce STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math - to female minority students early in their education.
Women, and particularly women minorities, are underrepresented in STEM careers. SHE engages students in unique programs and career exploration activities, such as speaking with a NASA astronaut at the Winston-Salem State University Astrobotany Lab and exploring career opportunities at NASCAR's Charlotte Motor Speedway, just to name a few!
SHE gives girls the knowledge and exposure to know that they can pursue their dreams and be the future leaders to add diversity to STEM fields.
