Senior Community Service Deadline
The deadline for Seniors to submit Community Service Hours is January 31, 2022.
You must submit a total of 5 hours of Community Service between your Junior and Senior year.
You can log in to your Crosby Scholars Student Portal account to see if you have completed your Community Service requirement. Log in and click on the “My Status” tab at the top of the page, then scroll down to the “Program Requirements / Status” section to view your Community Service hours and completion.

FORM SUBMISSION: Use our online Community Service form to easily submit your Community Service hours! No signature is required for the online form. Signatures are still required for the paper or PDF form.
