Webinar: Stress Management for Parents of Teens/Tweens
This is an information session for parents. This session does not serve as Academy Credit for students.
Parents are invited to attend this presentations on the topic of stress management for teens and adolescents. We will discuss what signs of stress to look for and how to help your students cope with stress, isolation, and uncertainty as they return back to school and to a sense of normalcy.
Our speaker, Dr. Andy Hagler, is the Executive Director of Mental Health Association in Forsyth County.
