Senior Academy: HOW TO MONEY Virtual Book Club

Crosby Scholars & Bookmarks are partnering to offer you a HOW TO MONEY Pizza Party & Book Club!  Registration is required to attend.  This opportunity consists of 2 events and is open to Crosby Scholars Seniors and the Crosby Scholars Collegiate Society at FTCC.  Each Crosby Scholar who has registered for the event will receive a FREE copy of the book “HOW TO MONEY” by Jean Chatzky, Kathryn Tuggle, and Nina Cosford.

You need to know how to manage money and know how to manage life. This book is your ultimate visual guide to the basics of money.  From NY Times Bestselling Author and Financial Expert Jean Chatzky, Kathryn Tuggle and the Team at HerMoney; Learn how to earn more, save smart, invest wisely, borrow only when you have to, and enjoy everything you’ve got!

• Event 1: Pizza Party at Forsyth Technical Community College. The participating Crosby Scholars and their families are invited for a time of socialization and a short discussion on HOW TO MONEY.  At this event, the participating Crosby Scholars will receive their free copy of the book “HOW TO MONEY.”

• Event 2: Virtual Book Club Discussion where the participating Crosby Scholars will gather via Zoom to discuss what they have read.  Crosby Scholars and Bookmarks staff will lead the discussion.  This event will only be for students.

  • Time:  3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Location:  Virtual- registration for this event is required to receive the event link. Registered students will receive the link to join the webinar via email on the day of the event.
