Kenneth Simington Scholarship Fund
The Kenneth Simington Scholarship fund provides a $1,000 non-renewable scholarship to one graduating Crosby Scholar senior. This scholarship was established to honor the 30 years of hard work and dedication of former interim superintendent Kenneth Simington. Students apply through their Crosby Scholars Student Portal with the following: online application form; activities resume; and essay.
Eligibility
To be considered for this award, applicant must:
- Complete all requirements of the Crosby Scholars Program
- Demonstrate service to their school and community through community service participation
- Must be a First Generation college student (a student whose parent(s) have not completed a bachelor’s degree. This means that you are the first in your family to attend a four-year college/university to obtain a bachelor’s degree.)
- Must maintain a cumulative weighted 2.75 GPA
