Christmas Clean Up at Oak Forest Health and Rehabilitation Center

What: Clean up the grounds (pick up trash) of Oak Forest Health and Rehabilitation Center before the Christmas Holiday.  All supplies will be provided.

When: Saturday 12/18/21 and/or Sunday 12/19/21

• 11am to 4pm either day.
• Please sign up for at least one hour.  You can choose any timeslot between 11am and 4pm that you would like.

Where: Oak Forest Health and Rehabilitation Center

• 5680 Windy Hill Drive, Winston-Salem, NC 27105

Why: Your service cleaning the grounds will be a great gift and spread some Holiday cheer to the residents of Oak Forest Health and Rehabilitation Center.
