Crosby Scholars Juniors, fulfill your College Fair/Visit requirement by attending this trip to Appalachian State University & Winston-Salem State University! 

Crosby Scholars Program will provide bus transportation, snacks, and lunch for this trip.

Registration in the Crosby Scholars Student Portal is required:  Seats are limited- registration and a signed parent/guardian permission form are required to attend.

AND

Parent/Guardian Permission:  In addition to registering, you must submit a signed parent/guardian permission form to attend (signature required; a typed name does not qualify as a signature). If you do not return a signed copy of the permission form, you will not be able to attend this trip.

If you cannot arrive on time (8:15 a.m.) and attend the entire visit (8:15 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.), please do not register for this event. 

• Event Check-in: Check-in is 8:15 a.m. at the Crosby Scholars/Goodwill Industries office, 2701 University Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC 27105.  You must arrive on time- the bus will depart with or without you.
• Return Time:  We will return to the Crosby Scholars/Goodwill Industries office by 4:30 p.m.  Please have a ride home arranged.  Crosby Scholars Program is not responsible for supervising students after the conclusion of the visit (4:30 p.m.).
