Senior Advisors
are assigned to advise high schools senior during the entire academic year.
This advisor helps seniors individually plan and prepare for a post-secondary
education. Senior advisors provide additional support to help seniors achieve
their educational goals. Advisors serve as a resource helping scholars to
complete appropriate applications for college admission and financial aid, to
meet deadlines, and to complete Crosby Scholars Program requirements. Training
is provided. |

Grade Advisors
are assigned to advise high school underclassman from November to April. This
advisor meets monthly with groups of scholars enrolled in the same grade (9
–11) to help them prepare for future post-secondary opportunities.
Training is provided. |

Eighth Grade Mentors
are assigned to advise eighth grade scholars on preparing for a success high
school career. This advisor meets with a group of scholars four times
throughout the second semester of the academic year. Training is provided. |

Workshop Hosts
are professionals in the community who share special knowledge with our senior
scholars. The topics shared include Selective College Admissions, Completing
Financial Aid forms, Adjusting to the First Year of College, and more. |
